Information we collect
We collect account information you provide when you sign in or contact us, including your name, email address, and account identifier. We also store course enrollments, lesson-progress records, course purchases, certificates, affiliate-referral activity, and contact-form submissions.
When you use optional conversion analytics, we may record paywall views, trailer starts, coarse trailer milestones at 25%, 50%, and 75%, trailer completion, checkout starts, completed purchases, redeemed promotion codes, the course involved, a random first-party analytics identifier, and first-touch referral or UTM campaign fields. We do not use these first-party conversion events to store payment-card details, lesson content, support-chat text, IP addresses, or user-agent strings.
How we use information
We use information to provide course access, display learning progress, generate certificates, process purchases, operate the affiliate program, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and understand how the platform can be improved. We use consented conversion data to measure whether marketing, affiliate, and seminar efforts lead to course interest and purchases.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. AI Mastery Platform does not receive or store full payment-card numbers. We use managed hosting, database, storage, authentication, analytics, email/notification, and AI-service providers to operate the platform. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.
Your choices
You can choose whether to allow optional first-party conversion analytics in the consent prompt. You can change that choice at any time using Analytics preferences in the site footer. Declining optional conversion analytics does not prevent you from using courses, purchasing, or contacting support. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing support@aimastery101.com.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the platform, maintain records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and improve services. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children and changes
AI Mastery Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
